Where should I store my fragrances?

Always store your fragrances out of direct light and away from hot/cold. A cupboard or dark shelf is ideal. This applies to any fragrances you own. Failure to store correctly may result in your fragrance being affected.

We hand-craft all our fragrances right here in Australia. Using clean formulas and high quality ingredients.

Can I return my fragrance if I’ve already used it?

Yes, you can — as part of our 100-Day Love It Guarantee on 50ml fragrances. However, to qualify for a refund, the bottle must be at least 75% full and returned in its original packaging.

We understand you’ll want to test your fragrance properly, but if the bottle is mostly empty, it indicates it’s been extensively used and enjoyed — in that case, it’s not eligible for return.
